How It Works
Raw Water → Iron Removal Filter → Treated Water → House Distribution
The filter media inside the vessel promotes the removal of iron from the incoming water. The system can be periodically backwashed to remove accumulated impurities and maintain filtration performance.
Recommended For
- Borewell water with high iron
- Groundwater with reddish or metallic appearance
- Homes experiencing iron stains
- Water causing yellow/brown staining on bathroom fixtures
- Residential buildings requiring whole-house iron removal
- Water supplies where iron affects plumbing and appliances
Important
The correct vessel size and filter media configuration should be selected based on a water quality test report and the required flow rate. Iron-removal performance can vary depending on iron concentration, pH, alkalinity, dissolved oxygen and other water-quality parameters.
For drinking water applications, additional treatment such as sediment filtration, activated carbon, UV/UF or RO may be required depending on the complete water test report.
LiwaSpring Quality
