1. Introduction

Welcome to LiwaSpring. By accessing or using our website (www.liwaspring.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

LiwaSpring provides sales and services related to water purifiers, water treatment plants, waste management systems, water coolers, water dispensers, water level controllers, SS water tanks, and related products.

2. GST Compliance

• LiwaSpring is a GST-registered entity under Indian GST regulations.
• GST will be charged as applicable under prevailing tax laws.
• A valid tax invoice will be issued for all purchases.
• For B2B customers, GSTIN must be provided at the time of order confirmation.
• Once invoice is generated, GST details cannot be modified.
• Input Tax Credit eligibility is the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Products & Services

We provide:

• Sale of water purification systems
• Sale of water treatment plants (WTP/STP)
• Sale of SS water tanks
• Sale of SS water coolers and dispensers
• Installation and commissioning
• Repair and servicing
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
• Spare parts and consumables

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways including PhonePe.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• LiwaSpring does not store card/UPI details.
• In case of payment failure but amount debited, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after reconciliation.

5. Installation Terms

• Installation is scheduled after product delivery.
• Customer must ensure proper water inlet, drainage, and electrical connection.
• Delay due to site unpreparedness will not qualify for refund.
• Any additional plumbing or electrical modification cost must be borne by the customer.

6. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Terms

6.1 Activation

AMC becomes active only after full payment.

6.2 Coverage

AMC may include periodic service visits, filter replacements (as per plan), and minor repairs.

6.3 Exclusions

AMC does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Electrical damage due to voltage fluctuation
• Flooding damage
• Unauthorized repairs
• Transportation of large systems (unless specified)

6.4 Cancellation

AMC once activated is non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved by management.

7. B2B / Bulk Orders

• Bulk and institutional orders require written quotation and agreement.
• Advance payment may be mandatory.
• Custom-built systems are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Project delays due to site conditions will not qualify for refund.

8. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Warranty does not cover:

• Improper usage
• Third-party installation
• Voltage fluctuations
• Water quality variations
• Consumables

9. Limitation of Liability

LiwaSpring shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, and materials are property of LiwaSpring and may not be reused without written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thrissur, Kerala, India.
